El Dr. Arthur Lutz es hidrólogo y geógrafo físico con sólida experiencia en investigación y consultoría en gestión de recursos hídricos e hidrología. Cuenta con casi 15 años de experiencia y está técnicamente cualificado en gestión de recursos hídricos, hidrología, modelización, GIS y teledetección.
En una combinación de investigación aplicada y proyectos de consultoría, ha contribuido y dirigido numerosos proyectos en todo el mundo a la vanguardia de la seguridad hídrica, alimentaria y energética en un contexto de cambio global. Tiene experiencia laboral internacional fuera de la UE en múltiples países de Asia, América Latina y África. Es experto en análisis de datos, modelización y análisis de escenarios y en impartir formación sobre estos temas. Tiene un doctorado en ciencias climáticas e hidrología por la Universidad de Utrecht (2016), y ha prestado sus servicios a una amplia gama de clientes, incluidos bancos de desarrollo, organizaciones científicas y educativas, donantes internacionales, organismos (inter)gubernamentales e inversores en energía hidroeléctrica.
